The villas are new and well furnished.
The service was excellent.
Each villa is surrounded by a fence and has a shaded car park.
Each villa has a small and beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Also bouncy for children. And a lovely shaded setting over an industrial green space. It also has a place for barbecue and a small pool table.
Breakfast is good. And it is connected to the fella.
The fella is wide.
The Wi-Fi is strong and excellent.
The place is about a quarter of an hour away from Nizwa .... and closer to Bahla.
There is a small cafe next to the reception.
When we got out of the villas we knew there was a mini gym!

- There is a café and a small grocery store in the place, and you can rent bicycles at an affordable price
Negatives :
Fella finishes are not upscale
- The bathroom has an unpleasant smell (also the finishes of the bathroom were bad, and the health materials used are very normal and bad, from my point of view, it is assumed to be an elegant thing that matches the shape of the fella)
- The air conditioner is tired and hot. The compressor does not work in the air conditioner. Every grill separates, I suggest that the air conditioner be changed
- The furniture is very very old and worn out and the sofas in the hall are completely dirty (I suggest they change the furniture)
- Cleanliness was not necessary, but that was the supply. There are clearly dirty places and no one has cleaned him for a while. It is assumed that in the presence of the pandemic, hygiene and sterilization will increase more
There was no heater in the pool so the water was cold and difficult to shower at night and in the morning, which was the most annoying negative for me.
- The kitchen was prepared and small, but the finish was adequate and functional
It is assumed that there will be an interest in the general aesthetic view of the rest ... such as afforestation, making fountains, a walkway and woo.

Pool Villa Tanuf is a magic place, probably the best in our 15-day trip in fantastic Oman. Beautiful place to stay with the family. Its located away from city life. Villa is built with well thought design ensuring all required facilities at disposal. Restaurants and supermarkets are within 6 km drive from the villa. Hoota cave, Jabal shams, Nizwa fort, Misfah Al abreen are nearby attractions within 1 hr drive. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the Villa manager Mr Ahmed who was very cordial and kind enough to serve us and made our living comfortable.

Magical place, surrounded by beautiful scenery, the place is quite and close to so many attractions in Dakhiliyah. The hotel staff are friendly and willing to help and to make your experience more charming. The villa yard is so specious and barbecue tools are provided upon request.
Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and trampoline.

It was a nice experience everything was organized properly and the villas were nicely furnished and clean and the garden was fully equipped and the pool was well maintained.
The staff needs more training for improving the services and they should provide more meals on demand.
